Our Program

Our Program is both small and meaningful. By "small," we mean truly intimate—our Program has only 1-2 moms. This sets us apart from other breeders.

Our approach is unique: our moms, or "sweet Sheila’s" as we affectionately call them, live with us. We do not have guardian homes, choosing instead to keep our program personal and manageable. This allows us to build deep, trusting relationships with our moms through daily interactions, rather than moving them back and forth.  Our moms will have only 3-4 litters in their lifetime.  

Every litter receives our full attention, ensuring that both the moms and their puppies receive the highest level of care. Naturally the health and wellbeing of our moms is our top priority.

If I were to describe myself in one word, it would be “intentional.” Every aspect of our program is crafted with purpose and care.

 

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our practices. We rigorously health test our parent dogs and adhere to the best breeding practices. We incorporate Puppy Culture techniques, as well as Empowered Breeders techniques. If appropriate, we start with “touch 10” protocols, Bio Sensor Method, ENS,  Early Scent Introduction, and comprehensive safe socialization and desensitization. When done correctly these efforts lay a strong foundation for your puppy’s life, including helping in the transition to their new home at 8-9 weeks old. The outcome from these practices ensure they become a beloved family companion.
